Coral Springs Epoxy is a concrete flooring contractor serving residential and commercial customers in Broward County, Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to, epoxy floor coatings, garage floor coatings, polished concrete, stained concrete, polyaspartic coatings, concrete grinding and surface preparation, concrete sealing, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related concrete flooring work.

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Not all services listed on our website may be available in every location we serve.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Coral Springs Epoxy are based on a physical on-site inspection of the project area. Estimates provided over the phone or online without a site visit are preliminary and subject to change after inspection.

Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change after that period due to material cost fluctuations or changes in project scope.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work after a contract is signed may result in additional charges. We will notify you of any such changes before proceeding with additional work.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduled project dates are confirmed upon signed agreement and deposit receipt (if applicable). We will contact you to confirm the start date and any preparation requirements before we arrive.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in these situations.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete your project on time and to a high standard, you agree to the following before our crew arrives:

• Clear the project area of all vehicles, furniture, tools, shelving, and stored items.
• Ensure water and electrical access are available at the project site.
• Notify us in advance of any known hazards, prior coatings, or structural issues with the concrete.
• Keep children and pets away from the work area during and for 24 hours after project completion.
• If your property is governed by an HOA, obtain any required approvals before work begins.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project or require rescheduling. Additional fees may apply if we are unable to begin work due to the project area not being cleared.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate and service agreement. Generally, payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Checks returned for insufficient funds will be subject to a returned check fee.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.

7. Warranty and Workmanship

Coral Springs Epoxy stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be outlined in your written service agreement.

Our warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper cleaning, chemical exposure beyond normal residential or commercial use, structural movement of the underlying concrete, or conditions that existed prior to our work that were not disclosed during the estimate process.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coral Springs Epoxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in your written service agreement, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that our services will meet every specific expectation or that results will be identical to photos or examples shown on our website, as individual outcomes vary based on concrete condition, age, environmental factors, and maintenance.

10. Dispute Resolution

If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Coral Springs, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
